perfect base for walking to parks and iconic landmarks

my stay was really enjoyable, especially since I was just a short walk from the Brandenburg Gate and the fine New National Gallery, making it easy to fit in visits to some of Berlin's best sights during my weekend explorations.

great breakfast, but flawed rooms

Woke up to a vibrant breakfast spread that had something for everyone. The design is modern yet cozy.

The mattress was uncomfortable, and despite requesting a replacement, the staff seemed unresponsive to our concerns.

The location was good and perfect, in the city center of berlin! The room was brand-new and stylish with apacious bathroom, separate beds, a big glass, exceeded high expectations.

No negatives from this place.

Chic and clean place with accommodating and exceptionally nice stuff at all times. Plenty of food available in the bar. Easy check in and late check out. Honestly no complains at all.

The room was spacious and quiet, with modern decor. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping everything clean. The staff were super knowledgeable about the area.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the great location, made it easy to explore Berlin. Our kids loved the nearby zoo, a must-see for families. The hotel atmosphere had a nice vibe, which fit perfectly for our family trip.

In my wife's opinion, the housekeeping could definitely use improvement.

I had a lovely stay with my family, especially enjoying the spacious Superior Twin Room and the delightful breakfast spread every morning. The garden area was a peaceful spot to unwind, and the leisure room had great options for family fun. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn't really bother us. 🌼

The stay featured a spacious Classic Double Room with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, great for quick access to public transport and major sights within walking distance. The cleaning could have been more thorough, and some areas was like they needed better management. Heating might be a concern in warmer months as the central air conditioning was off. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, though breakfast felt overpriced at €15 per person.

The classic double room was very modern and featured a big mirror and an espresso machine. The staff were super friendly, especially the night receptionist who was really helpful. The hotel was quiet, and the blackout blind helped us sleep well at night.

Great warm bathroom with a rain shower. Strange feelings in black corridors.
